PROJECT DESCRIPTION
HBIM4Delphi is developing an integrated digital platform for the documentation, management and virtual restoration of scattered architectural members at the Archaeological Site of Delphi. It combines 3D digitisation, artificial intelligence for the recognition and matching of structural members, HeritageBIM semantic documentation, Extended Reality (XR) technologies and 4D restoration methods, with pilot applications at the Ancient Theatre and the Tholos.
OBJECTIVES
- Digital documentation and 3D modelling of scattered architectural members and monuments.
- Automated recognition and matching of architectural members using artificial intelligence algorithms.
- Support for scientific documentation and restoration decisions through 4D tools.
- Promotion and educational use of cultural heritage through XR applications.
DYNACOMP'S ROLE
DYNACOMP S.A. is the leader of Work Package 3 (system development) and is responsible for requirements analysis and system architecture, the design and development of the documentation database, the 4D restoration subsystem (4DRecon), the HBIM4Delphi digital platform and its new release.
EXPECTED RESULTS
A fully operational HBIM4Delphi digital platform, a documentation database, artificial intelligence, HeritageBIM, XR and 4D restoration subsystems, scientific publications and a patent application.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project concerns the design, development, and commercial deployment of an integrated and highly automated Business Intelligence (BI) system titled BI-In-A-Box: Business Intelligence as a packaged solution using Artificial Intelligence methods.
The system is addressed to businesses and organizations that already use existing information systems, such as ERP and integrated information systems, and wish to make more effective use of the data they already generate. Indicatively, the project focuses on functionalities such as:
- Data extraction and organization from ERP and other information systems
- Analysis and visualization of business information
- Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support for informed and evidence-based decision-making
- Utilization of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning methods for advanced analytics
BI-In-A-Box aims to transform raw business data into useful and immediately actionable information, facilitating informed decision-making and performance monitoring for organizations.
Unlike traditional BI solutions, which often require time-consuming and costly customization processes, the project proposes a more accessible, user-friendly, and standardized solution, significantly reducing implementation time and cost.
